_ What is the Angelic Sanctum ?
The Sanctum is a ritual group that practices the ancient art of theurgy: angelic magic. Our concern is with becoming a channel for the work of God; mediators of spiritual energy to the world at large. Our work emphasizes the via affirmativa in which the soul seeks God through images and attributes. Our focus is on the archetypal symbols of the kabbalistic Tree of Life specifically with the archangelic realms for personal guidance, inspiration, inner transformation and global upliftment.
What is our Vision?
The angels offer us an opportunity to love our Selves. They bring us to the very essence of our lives by teaching us that when we love ourselves we follow our highest truth. They help us to mature into responsible and loving people who can live from a place of serenity and peace. They assist us in finding who we really are in the depths of our being, as well as how to live as creative, whole people. Angels can serve as agents for personal growth and spiritual evolution. Since angels are as close to the Divine as we can get, they offer a deep and abiding sense of Self which shows us how the Divine works through us to help bring order and clarity into our lives.
What is our mission?
We meet the second Monday of every month (consult the calendar of events for the specific date) for the purpose of :
· receiving instruction about the archangels and their angelic host
· practicing kabbalistic meditations that are focused on the mystical ascent of the soul to God and the descent of the divine energy into the soul
· learning and sharing prayers, invocations, and chants directed to the heavenly realms
· performing sacred rituals invokving the archangelic energies
Through these spiritual practices one develops a heightened awareness of personal angelic qualities and greater consciousness of the unconditional love and light of the Source.
The public is invited to attend the Sanctum rituals. Those interested in becoming formal members of the Sanctum must meet the following requirements:
1) attendance at 6 consecutive angelic rituals. Attendance at 2 Jupiter prosperity rituals count towards meeting this obligation.
2) Attendance at an Angelic Retreat which is offered 3 times a year; in January, May, and October
