Today we celebrate the feast of CANDLEMAS with the blessing of candles, an outdoors procession with the image of the Christ Child, and the Divine Liturgy of the East honoring Our Lady Mary.. The blessing of throats will also be offered at the end of the liturgy.today in honor of St. Blaise.
