Guided Imagery Meditation for Relaxation & Stress Relief

Please join Linda Macintyre as she guides participants into a peaceful state of focus that allows the physical body and conscious mind to deeply relax. Deep relaxation allows the body to take in more oxygen, which can help manage anxiety and everyday stress.  Although this is a group event, each guest will have a unique, personal, and private experience. There will be opportunity for journaling to record the experience afterwards, if desired. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, pillow, notebook or journal, pen, and water.  Suggested donation: $20 to benefit The Shrine of Holy Wisdom.
Linda Macintyre is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Intuitive Tarot reader and Reiki Master Teacher.  She is currently pursuing a degree at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Mind-Body Psychology.  She is also a retired special education teacher with many years' experience assisting students manage stress and anxiety through breathwork and guided imagery.  She can be reached at (480) 734-1074 or
