This aspect of our ministry is guided by our Deacon, Dr. Logan Sparks and involves both personal and group work centered around the healing of broken relationships, especially intergenerational problems that affect our current wellness. Family constellations are a group process that leads us to encounter and reconcile with our personal and collective history to find better futures. Work on current personal conflicts, including mediation, is offered. 

We also open spaces for the constellation and healing of historical traumas that affect us and the wider web of relationships of which we are a part, such as our culture, society, nation and even ecosystem.

Work with the improvement of dynamics within organizations is also available.
