SACRED SOUND JOURNEY is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that supports self-inquiry, cultivates deep relaxation, and provides restoration for the mind and body.  During this sacred journey, you are bathed in the captivating sounds of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rattles, drum, gong and mystical chants. The format includes: invocations and blessings with the elements of the four directions, a centering prayer, and deep breathing practices followed by an opening meditation that will take you to a place of peace and rest. A couple journeying together is $60
